Fairway Mortgage Ignite Speaking Recap

As I teach in my motivational keynote presentation, I believe it’s extremely important to help others whenever possible which is why I was so excited to assist Nicole Rueth from Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation by stepping in as a last minute replacement presenter when her original speaker fell ill only 24 hours before her Agent Ignite event at the Pinehurst Country Club in Lakewood,Colorado.

I was able to rearrange my schedule and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to speak at this event; it was a truly spectacular gathering filled with amazing people in the local real estate industry.

My ultimate goal with my motivational keynote is to best serve the client by tailoring my message to fit the theme of the event. Nicole wanted something to fire up her attendees to get them out of their comfort zones, improve the quality of their lives, and grow their businesses. Given that success in the real estate industry is largely due to the ability to build trust and relationships with clients, I wanted to emphasize the importance of truly connecting with everyone they serve and to always help the customer to the best of their abilities.

I truly believe that when we help others first, everything we desire will come back tenfold which is why I drove home the point that when they feel stuck in their business, all they have to do is simply ask “How can I better help my client?” This creates an outstanding customer experience and the business will grow itself.

Everyone in the room was highly engaged and fully participated – I always have so much fun with audiences in the real estate business and I look forward to further serving more audiences in this industry!

Kenyon Salo was our speaker today. He talked about the three rules that we should all live by to live a better life: create more, share more, and live more. It starts with desires, goals, actions and commitment.

It’s all about living in the moment – don’t even think about how you’re going to make something happen…just say yes and you’ll figure out how along the way and when we help others, it’ll all come back to you tenfold. And sharing your experiences with each other, just really helps open up that conversation and connects you with that person. And so you’re connecting with those people in a deeper level.

Tons of fun, very inspirational. I tried to keep my tears back. Very moving!
